As shown by the KRD data, the debt of Poles is growing from year to year and there is no indication that it will decrease in the future. Increasingly, people with obligations also have problems with settling them. Failure to pay the debt on time may, in turn, lead to the person who is in arrears with payment in the register of debtors, such as KRD, BIG or BIK. Financial institutions are particularly keen to verify customers in the latter, ie the Credit Information Bureau. This means that people entered in this register very often try to find a loan without BIK . Does such a product exist at all?
What is BIK?
The Credit Information Bureau, or BIK for short, is an enterprise that was created to limit the provision of so-called bad loans, ie loans that the customer is unable to pay back. It collects and provides financial institutions with information on borrowers and their credit history. Thanks to this, these institutions minimize the risk of possible problems with delay or complete lack of repayment, by refusing financing to those who in the past did not settle their liabilities on time. Currently, not only banks, but also many loan companies cooperate with the Credit Information Bureau established in 1997.
Contrary to popular opinion, it is not easy to get into the Credit Information Bureau register. A bank or a loan company may add an entry to the database only after 60 days from the time the debtor owed the payment. Importantly, the institution in which the client borrower cash or a loan, it must inform him at least 30 days before placing it in such a registry. Settling the liability a week or two after the required deadline is therefore not a sufficient reason to be added to the debtors’ base . A slight delay is therefore ‘only’ associated with additional interest and reminders, which may mean further costs.
Does a loan without BIK really exist?
However, what to do once we are in the BIK register? First of all, you should try to settle your liability as soon as possible. Undoubtedly, bad news for those in debt is that a negative entry remains in the database for 5 years, even if the debt has already been repaid. Importantly, changes can only be made by the institution whose client has not returned money on time. This makes people with a negative credit history look for alternative solutions.
One of the options is often considered a loan without BIK, ie without checking the debtors’ bases. Although this slogan enjoys considerable interest on the Internet, in reality no such product currently exists on the Polish market. This is due to the fact that at the moment every bank operating on the territory of Poland cooperates with the Credit Information Bureau. However, this does not mean that there is no loan available for those in debt in our country. Admission to the BIK database reduces the chance of receiving a positive decision, but each bank assesses the creditworthiness of the client individually.
Loan without BIK – a chance for those in debt
So what can people with a negative credit history do? The best solution seems to be payday payday without BIK. There are many loan companies on the Polish market that offer such a product. Some parabanks even give up checking clients in other debtors’ bases, such as BIG, KRD or ERIF. Thanks to this, those who once were late with paying their liabilities can count on positive consideration of the application.
Getting payday loans is extremely easy. When completing the application, you do not need to submit any documents other than your ID card, and the entire process is done online. However, it should be borne in mind that the interest rate for such a product is higher than for a loan. This is due, inter alia, to the fact that parabanks compensate for this rather high credit risk in this way. In addition, it should not be forgotten that obtaining a loan without a high base amount will be difficult. The higher the amount, the more detailed the customer is checked.
